Dalmatian Cooking Classes
April 20, 2011 – 10:18 pmIn keeping with my mission to promote Dalmatian cooking, I am working to construct a traditional, wood-fired outdoor kitchen such as we know from the Adriatic region. This unique facility, to be located in Portland, Oregon, will be the site of cooking classes and multimedia production. Obviously, this website has not been updated in quite a while, but the book project is still alive and in motion. The kitchen construction project is actually an extension of the Dalmatian Cooking project. They are designed to work hand-in-hand, together. I appreciate your interest and support over the years, and I look forward to presenting you with your cookbook when the time is right.
